[Measurement System Example] Sound Inspection AI Quality Judgment

AI automatically judges instead of skilled professionals! The more it learns from past data, the higher the judgment accuracy becomes.

The system converts sound and vibration data recorded by a tapping device into a single color image classified by frequency, time, and intensity using a unique auto-wavelet. By applying deep learning to this, it enables automatic sound and vibration AI judgment. In the system, by initially training it with healthy and multiple unhealthy data, it can automatically classify as healthy, unhealthy 1, unhealthy 2, and make OK/NG judgments.
